Only captains from teams that are not Viable, which is determined  after internal Sign-up has closed  or those that need  singles players should  request outside players.

Court privileges are limited to playing time during USTA matches and a maximum of 2 Official Team Practices per season scheduled in advance and approved by General Manager.

Their fee is $50 per outside player for each team they play on. 

All requests for adding non-members to MTC Teams MUST use this form.
