Tournament Guidelines

  •  Every NTRP Level is encouraged to participate - January 2011 USTA ratings apply.
  •  Players must begin the tournament within their own NTRP bracket.
  •  Require minimum of 4 entrants to form a division.
  •  If no division formed at lower level, players may play up.
  •  We will start with M3.0 and W3.0, and progress through 3.5, 4.0 and finally 4.5.
  •  Single elimination.
  •  Players arrange times (except finals).
  •  Matches must be scheduled with office. Reserved courts after 12 noon any day.
  •  Matches may be scheduled at any other time (subject to court availability).
  •  Three regular sets or two sets plus super tie break (TB) - player option.
  •  Where no agreement on super TB, last set will be regular set.
  •  Players provide balls - except for finals weekend.
  • The two finalists from the lower level bracket move up and compete in the next level.
  • This progresses until the tournament is completed within the 4.5 bracket.
  • In addition to the 4.5 final, each finalist within their own NTRP bracket will play their   
    division final during Finals Weekend.
  • Prizes for WINNERS and Finalists.
  • Cost guide – range $9-11 per player.
